What Datis collects on this site, why, and how to get it removed. Written to be checked, not admired.

What we collect

The waitlist form is the only thing on this site that collects personal data: your name, your work email and your company, plus three optional fields (website, role, engineering team size). There are no accounts and no logins on this site. We do not run advertising trackers. When something on the site or on our API breaks, an error report goes to Sentry (Functional Software, Inc., United States), the service we use to find and fix bugs: the error, the page or endpoint without its query string, the technical steps that led to it on that page (pages opened, calls made, elements clicked), and your browser and operating system with their versions. Separately, about one in twenty calls to our API (the waitlist form and questions to DaBOT) sends Sentry a performance measurement, whether it failed or not: the endpoint, how long it took, how it answered, and the same browser details. The site does not tell Sentry about your visits. Neither the report nor the measurement carries anything you typed.

Why we collect it

To read your request, answer you, and — if it is a fit — invite you into the private beta. Every request is read by a person. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Waitlist entries are stored on our infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, in its Brazil South region. Credentials are sealed and access is logged; the security page covers what our agents can reach, and the full sub-processor list ships as an appendix to the DPA.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist stops existing as a mechanism — whichever comes first. A removal request deletes the entry, not just hides it.

Your rights

Write to contact@datis.app to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We answer from the same inbox the waitlist feeds — there is no separate process to find.
